By booking, accessing, or receiving our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Eligibility & Use of Services
FeelFree services are subject to medical eligibility and clinical approval. Certain treatments may require consultation, lab testing, or ongoing monitoring. You agree to provide accurate health information and to use our website and services in compliance with applicable laws. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services if deemed medically inappropriate.

Booking & Payment Terms
Appointments may be scheduled online, by phone, or in person. FeelFree operates on a direct-pay model. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise stated in a membership agreement. We accept major credit cards and HSA/FSA cards where applicable.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee. Payments for services rendered are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
Membership Terms
Membership benefits are non-transferable unless explicitly stated. Monthly memberships automatically renew unless canceled according to your agreement terms. Annual memberships are billed upfront. FeelFree reserves the right to update membership offerings with reasonable notice.
Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, design, graphics, and logos, is the property of FeelFree and may not be reproduced or distributed without prior written consent.
