We accept cash, checks, all major credit cards, and HSA (health savings account).
How do I book an appointment?
You can book an appointment through our website, by phone or text, or in person at our studio.
What is your cancellation policy?
Your appointments and well-being are important to us. We understand that unexpected events happen and schedules may need to change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed appointments or cancellations without 24-hour notice may result in a $50 fee. This helps us respect our providers’ time and other patients’ appointments.
Are there any age restrictions for services?
Certain services may have age requirements. Please contact our staff with specific questions, and we’ll be happy to guide you.
Do you work with advanced medical issues?

Do you accept walk-ins?
Yes—for IV therapy, whenever possible. If we have availability, we'd be happy to get you in. Weight loss, hormone replacement therapy, concierge care, and other provider visits require an appointment to ensure you receive personalized care and dedicated time with your provider. If you're hoping to stop by for an IV, give us a call or come on in—we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Do I need lab work before starting treatment?
In many cases, yes. We prioritize lab-guided care to ensure treatments are appropriate and personalized to your body. Our in-depth blood testing allows us to make informed decisions — not assumptions — about what will best support your health. All testing is completed in-house in our Austin studio for a seamless, convenient experience.
Do you accept insurance?
FeelFree operates as a direct-pay wellness studio. This allows us to provide longer visits, personalized care, and flexible treatment options without insurance limitations. We’re happy to provide documentation upon request for potential reimbursement.
